Northern Preview Review

Always a great night, this year was the best!

Performing 'Reel Revolution' this year the theme is based on the Cinema from how it started to modern day.

Performing at every Preview since it's creation, I really do like the Blue Shed as a venue, bonus this year I didn't need Trev ot guide me in!

The person on the lighting needs shooting, don't they know I don't know my music yet! However it very encouraging all member's played pretty much unable to read the music as it was so dark.

Onto the performance, on much earlier this year, hopefully we could give the audience something to talk about over the break..... From start to finish, with a younger Corps this year, I was really impressed especially the drumline who are now a real force and will be the linch pin this year.

One other I was really impressed with Rory was on his solo 'Over The Rainbow', I was stood next to Rory so hard to tell how it sounds from the front, on YouTube is sounds fansastic!

Well done to the new faces on your 1st Preview, in the brass we had Josh, Megan & Lauren. Jemima & Tammy in the pit & Stu on tenors.

Our performance :-

Now when I read the list of performances, I knew the last act would bring the house down. Gereat to see everyone up filling the 'dance floor' as the Frumuptarn Guggen band stole the show.
